Temel denge, cari hesaplar ile uzun süreli sermaye hesabı dengesini; net likidite dengesi, temel denge kalemleriyle kısa süreli özel likit olmayan sermaye dengesini ve resmi rezervler dengesi ise, kısa dönemli özel likit sermaye dengesini içermektedir.
