NORMAL FİYAT (Adjective)

Firma teorisinde, arz ve talep koşullarının tam anlamı ile geçerli olduğu durumda arz ve talebin denge halinde oluşan uzun dönem fiyatı. Klasik teoriye göre normal fiyta, normal bir karın da sözkonusu olduğu malın maliyetine eşittir. Piyasa fiyatı normal fiyatın etrafında dalgalanır. Klasiklerde normal ücret ve normal fiyat benzer kavramlardır. Normal ücret işçiye en az geçim koşullarını sağlayan emek bedeli, Normal fiyat ise, üretici rantının sıfır olduğu ve firmaya faaliyetini devam ettirecek hasılatı sağlayan mal bedelidir.
